Alaska Boots for Chelsea

This is a wonderful book about a little girl name Chelsea who receives traditional Athabascan boots from her great-grandmother. This is a good book for teaching younger students the importance of dressing warmly and passed down traditions at the same time. It is illustrated with beautiful scenic watercolors in the impressionistic form.
